STAND UP PADDLEBOARD  ( SUP) TUITION 

I am a fully qualified and insured BSUPA SUP Instructor and a Level 3 SUPTA SUP Yoga Instructor.

121 & 221 BSUPA " Ready to Ride "  Beginner Session 
This beginner session teaches you the basics of paddleboarding including, safety, the equipment , how to paddle, stand, turn and self rescue.

All equipment is provided.

SUP YOGA 

SUP Yoga gives a complete new dimension to your practice as your centre of gravity, your core, has to work harder to stabilise you as your paddle board moves on the water. The tranquility of being surrounded by nature enhances the calming of your nervous system leaving you feeling both relaxed and exhilarated. 

Suitable for all levels but over 18's only. Certain medical conditions are contra indicative to SUP Yoga so please check with us in advance.

You must be able to swim 100m unaided to join us.

I am fully qualified, experienced and insured with a current First Aid Certificate 

The new 2025 season will start at Easter and I look forward to seeing everyone then.
